      Pros

      Great company culture. I can't think of a single person who isn't a pleasure to work with. Solid benefits, lots of training and development opportunities. Approachable management. Flexible hours. Internal promotions are frequent.

      Cons

      Can be frustrating working with the Swedish consensus culture which slows down decision-making.

      Pros

      Management is very supportive and will encourage you to grow both in your role and the company. There are a lot of travel opportunities especially in sales. Inside sales takes on a lot of responsibilities with customers and your regional sales managers giving opportunities to grow leadership skills.

      Cons

      Inside sales does not make as much as outside sales. Depending on location, it can be tough to transition to new roles.
