*Poor Salary and benefits * Witnessed harassment whilst at the work place, was very disappointed that management did very little about it * I also experienced an older employee make a racist comment whilst I was sitting with a manager at lunch and the manager pretended nothing happened. * failed to provide growth opportunity *pointless meetings were the boss would ramble for hours despite being told several times that they needs to be better with time management!
