      Pros

      I started during the Covid lockdown and don't think many workplaces would be able to integrate new hires the way they did and make us feel that we belong so quickly. The culture at Axis is apparent everyday and is shown in how tight knit the team is.

      Cons

      I've been confined to my home office for my first four months...thanks Covid. Nothing to do with Axis.

      Pros

      Management is very supportive and will encourage you to grow both in your role and the company. There are a lot of travel opportunities especially in sales. Inside sales takes on a lot of responsibilities with customers and your regional sales managers giving opportunities to grow leadership skills.

      Cons

      Inside sales does not make as much as outside sales. Depending on location, it can be tough to transition to new roles.
