      Pros

      The people. The interview proceas can be tough, but it has paid off in the long run. The benefits are great and the frequent free lunches, fresh fruit and expresso machine are nice add ons.

      Cons

      Always busy, hitting speed bumps trying to keep up with company growth. Some people don't care about the overall benefits and leave because the pay isn't the best.

      Pros

      Management is very supportive and will encourage you to grow both in your role and the company. There are a lot of travel opportunities especially in sales. Inside sales takes on a lot of responsibilities with customers and your regional sales managers giving opportunities to grow leadership skills.

      Cons

      Inside sales does not make as much as outside sales. Depending on location, it can be tough to transition to new roles.
