Pros

Quarterly bonuses, free soda/coffee, casual dress code, occasional parties with free drinks

Cons

- No room for advancement in most departments - Unless you have an Ivy League education don't expect a promotion - Many upper management positions are held by young Ivy League grads with little to no experience - Sales department gets all the glory. Training, Manufacturing, and Testing departments are treated like second class citizens. - Despite the ludicrously high margins on the weapons they continue to try and drive costs lower, rather than focusing on quality. - Very little energy is spent maintaining/improving existing products, once a product gets past the R&D stage there is no budget for fixing problems - They say you have unlimited PTO, but there is a lot of pressure to keep working and there is a very good chance you'll be called during your vacation if you're ballsy enough to take one.

Pros

Good pay and benefits Flexible PTO RSU's

Cons

Company morale is low. The other recent reviews stating this are extremely accurate. Company culture has eroded and the company values don't seem to matter anymore. 'Winning Right' has become lip service. Senior leadership refuses to address the problems many departments are having with headcount and workload. They don't really care about the customer experience. RTO makes no sense when most of your team remains remote in the same role, a role in which you spend much of the time on calls with customers and meeting with other team members virtually. Not enough staff to support the RMS customer base and ticket counts have ballooned.
