Pros
Been here 4+ years now, great mission as a company, and great execution by the product and marketing team at bringing new law enforcement tech to the market at the right time. Our stock price over the last 4 years perfectly captures this growth. Love my immediate manager and team, hardworking and lots to learn from each other. Great work life balance too.
Cons
Over the past few years, hardware leadership in scottsdale has changed drastically and it brought with them lots of toxic workplace politics similar to large companies. A bunch of hardworking employees that have been devoted to the company for the last 10+ years felt left out/ pushed out and they all left one-by-one. Effectively career progression for hardware engineers is non-existent. Sad to see this happen to what was once a great Taser and Camera hardware team. However, I still believe in the executive leadership (CEO/President) team and the mission of the company.
