      Pros

      Incredibly important and relevant mission to reduce gun-related deaths between police and public - easy to get behind that! Great co-workers. Competitive pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Still some growing pains (good problem to have). Way too many communication tools. Tight-knit and unique culture has suffered some due to growth and switch to hybrid work (but we're still winning awards for workplace culture). High performance / all-in culture can foster burnout.

      Pros

      The company has a great mission to protect life. The value of win right is something I think is often lacking in other companies and I have seen how it works well here with external wins.

      Cons

      As a salary employee I have worked more weekends and holidays than days I have taken off in the time I have been here with hardly a thanks. It’s an expectation that my salary does not cover. I tend to feel like a cog in a wheel rather than a valued individual.
