Pros

- For me pay was good compared to other companies. - Always got sunlight inside at desk, but I was front office

Cons

- Management is horrible. Just out of Harvard or buddies with someone. Not much common sense or how companies should really work and lots of desire to pad resumes. - Workload is not distributed accordingly. Will find a few people who know what they are doing and the rest are just there to be somewhere. - Like to say they are start up in nature but in reality they are always just trying the latest but not always the greatest. - The building that they tout as awesome is just like the rest of the place all show and no depth. Layout was unconducive to get a good days of work, most items didn't work(like the microwaves). This didn't matter to them as long as they had cool looking desks at the front for people to see.

Cons

Company morale is low. The other recent reviews stating this are extremely accurate. Company culture has eroded and the company values don't seem to matter anymore. 'Winning Right' has become lip service. Senior leadership refuses to address the problems many departments are having with headcount and workload. They don't really care about the customer experience. RTO makes no sense when most of your team remains remote in the same role, a role in which you spend much of the time on calls with customers and meeting with other team members virtually. Not enough staff to support the RMS customer base and ticket counts have ballooned.
