Pros

You will be exposed to new, up to date software and given opportunities to develop your skills. Employees have been known to be able to move on to greener pastures

Cons

Management does not trust employees which creates a hostile and sometimes miserable work environment Reckless and irresponsible management of the pandemic: -Axos is an entirely internet bank forcing all of it's employees to be in the office. I can't imagine more of a middle finger to the employees. It is essentially willing to risk lives to ensure "productivity -Installed click tracking software on employees computers Yearly salary increases are low. Salary will not raise with positive performance Be sure to understand the bonus package before accepting an offer. 1/2 of the bonuses you receive vests over 3 years. Meaning you will always be leaving cash on the table when you leave

Axos Bank Response

We're sorry to hear your impressions of working at Axos. Our salaries typically comprise a base level plus a performance-based bonus target of 20%. Team members who exceed their performance goals regularly exceed their bonus targets. Importantly, there's no cap on bonus targets. That's one of the clearest illustrations of our meritocratic culture: you get out what you put in. On your last point: we believe that our team members are our most important resources, and we listen. Hope you've found a better fit.
