Pros
Been here a while in field service so I know what I'm doing. Management has no clue about what we're doing, as they're not around, so a lot of people work flexibility when they shouldn't.
Cons
The field service/customer service management has been dire over the past 6 months. Last year they "streamlined" (aka got rid of people) and it's never worked since. We haemorrhage money although they message the numbers to make it look better than it is, are very inefficient and have a leadership team (director and up) who don't seem to have any commercial care in the world about what we're doing. They don't look any further than the noses on their faces. The wrong people get promoted. We get weaker every time they move people around and the morale here is in the toilet.
