Teams of direct contributors are outstanding! Everyone on the bench is working extremely hard, welcoming, and collaborative.
Cons
Middle managers are not supported, or held accountable, by leadership in the larger company. Goals are unclear and again, unsupported, from the leadership level. Many new companies have been acquired recently and the company is still settling from previous acquisitions.
