Pros
Benefits are decent and my coworkers are great.
Cons
1.) The lack of communication from managers is still a problem. Even after lean training it’s still not gotten much better in my opinion. 2.) The pay really isn’t competitive when you look at housing costs but that might be everywhere at this point 3.) They don’t seem to know how to handle staff numbers with fluctuating business needs. We either over hire or don’t have enough. 4.) When they cancel work they will not pay you for it even though they are the ones that cancelled it. You have to use PTO or unpaid time off 5.) When I initially started a few years ago I feel like they really upheld the quality over quantity core value, but that’s not the case anymore. It’s very much become numbers focused with every minute having to be tracked by the technicians.
