- worst sprint planning - unrealistic deadline - not healthy environment and work-life - people speak unprofessionally and scold in bad manner - no proper guidance or documentation regarding project and product - few people are there in company from beginning of company they know everything no documentation.. all teams has high dependency atleast on 1 person in every team
