Pros
I love the people and the culture of the company. Its written on the wall. Be Unique, Be Yourself and Be Unlimited. They allow all of that and more. I feel safe being myself in a work environment and if I make a mistake they use it as a learning experience. You are able to move up in the company.
Cons
I honestly can't think of a con because they hire such nice people to work around.
