- AMAZING people/culture!!! The entire team is SO creative and talented, not just in the art department! - Ethical artwork policies - Bosses who care and address individual concerns quickly - In-depth training materials

Cons

- Workload fluxuates a lot between seasons. Fall and Spring require some overtime - Office is always cold
