Employee for BAE System Digital Intelligence - Employee BAE Systems Employee Review

I wish it were possible to give this organisation a negative rating. The company lacks a clear vision and engages in questionable practices. Management shows little to no concern for employee wellbeing, regardless of how often concerns are raised. There is minimal support from leadership, and excessive micromanagement exists at all levels. You cant even find them here in Glassdoor. I strongly recommend staying away from this workplace.
