Pros
Brilliant people, great career progression if you want it and are willing to work for it. My career was incredible, I learnt so many different skills.
Cons
Company has been lacking direction. Hopefully new ceo will help improve this. Product function needs to become more aligned to what market needs now rather than building for the future.
