Pros
The company is a well established company in UK, the diversity is good. People from different countries are working here. Some managers are very flexible, as long as you finish your work- they are happy. Work life balance is somewhat there We work on some of the niche technologies and high end projects
Cons
- No opportunities for growth - Poor increment and bonus - Perks are just standard - Some senior managers are very bias. They don't respect lower level employees. This has changed after new senior managers joined. They only talk about their previous company and always compare. - No travel opportunities or international exposure.
