Pros
Some great people to work with, with some great ideas. Benifits and salary is about the norm for this type of industry, training available when budgets allow a bit like everything else really.
Cons
Poor senior management, currently going through restructing to reduces losses. (starting with employees who have little control over costs) (example: loses £27m in six months, but spends £25m on travel) What sums this company up is when people ask "will I get a bonus or will this effect my promotion" when being told of layoffs" what do you think ? University educated my asre !! Obsessed with cost, everything has to have a cost code that can be used against a customer. So that means no developement at risk even through it could deliver greater profits, projects always run late and over cost. Uses inexpecienced project mangers, who lack team building skills and who see the customers as god.
