Pros
Some really clever people to work with and some really good projects to get your hands on. Reasonable work-life balance when compared to the competition, especially in consulting.
Cons
Some over promoted middle managers with not enough experience to lead or no experience in the area they look after. They are driving away the right people that are managed by them. Current morale not great.
