Pros
Working with an interesting domain and complex problems. Good colleagues (at least the ones who are left in the company).
Cons
Complete lack of focus from management. Frequent re-organisations. Too much reactiveness and too little proactiveness. No room for innovation. Way too much time is wasted on politics rather than providing value to the customers. No freedom to move. Everything is controlled with an iron grip by the top management only, and they are obviously completely detached from what is actually going on.
