Pros
- Nice modern offices - Friendly staff and a welcoming Guildford reception team - Attempting to encourage girls to get into tech and cyber security to improve the gender balance.
Cons
I left on good terms but this is the worst place I have ever worked. It's only a matter of time until BAE sell the Applied Intelligence division. - The news and poor financial results (£19m + losses) will tell you most things you need to know about BAE and AI. It's just made a large number of redundancies. - The company pays significantly below market rate and you will be asked to accept the minimum salary possible on a 40 hour week. The bonus hasn't paid out in years but they will try to sell this to you as a benefit. - Slow recruitment process - Lack of internal promotions and movement. - The majority of people within the business have never worked in cyber security before but think it looks cool. From the inside, there's a lack of direction and expertise.
