The people and some of the old culture with still exists

Good talent is leaving or has left. Too many middle management employees promoted to senior positions which has lead to terrible strategic decisions and huge amounts of money being wasted on senior personnel who contribute very little in real terms and yet seem to get 'recognised' for this. The place is run and achieves on the backs of its talented grads
