The environment is clean, the cafe services are excellent, convenient and inexpensive and the atmosphere is friendly. management undervalues technical expertise; process/programatics orientation as well as a "play-it-safe" policy (which discourages low disruptive influences, including beneficial disruption of the stagnant base) dominates the ascension chain, which seeks to preserve the status quo rather than ambitiously advance it.
