Good place to get a sound technical grounding and consulting experience Used to be good clients but keep chasing big deals with the same old clients - very little variety now Some clever people but more often than not used in the wrong roles

Management is obsessed with spreading a positive message than addressing real issues in the company Staff attrition now at 25% ... Many very good people left in the past year and a poorer calibre of hire now joining Replacing many perks and professional development opportunities with messages like 'all of your training should be on the job' ie. we don't want to pay for real training People at PC /SM level are held back due to the number of slots available at the level above and not given stretch opportunities unless they want to be part of the old boys club Resourcing projects is a nightmare taking no consideration for getting the right skills on the work. Left to the delivery team to sort out the mess when the work has been under resourced and often under sold. Key operations people undervalue staff - they seem to think they will just replace people rather than treat them well.
