Pros
Excellent training, opportunities for growth, company always trying to expand and take on new projects.
Cons
Too much admin. Sometimes not enough technical work to keep me entertained (the job I'm supposed to be doing). Basic technologies such as extranet and email either too slow or do not function at all. Compared to other companies on my role, salary does not compete. It only becomes competitive when overtime and out of hours work is taken into account.
