Pros
Reasonable pay with regularly (twice yearly) pay reviews and promotions expected at certain points within your career. Agile company with the aim to get the job done rather than finishing at 5:30. Based on client site so commute could be short (dependant on your location). Big recruitment drives with high entry criteria.
Cons
Lower pay than other consultancies however lower hours (on the most part). Some high profile projects within the company that people are not keen on participating in and you can get stuck in a rut performing testing (which is sole destroying!)
