Pros
Good benefits, matching a good work/life balance. Interesting projects from a variety of different areas. Very good culture of quite young and very talented individuals. Currently in a period of sustained growth even in current financial climate. Feels like management really appreciate the fact that in a consultancy the people are the most valuable comodity. Work thoroughly recommend to other degree/PhD level graduates.
Cons
Review process is not always 100% transparent - very much depends on line manager as to the usefulness of the feedback. Not always very easy to transfer between projects. In general very few gripes.
