Big company lots of complex projects to get involved with and plenty of opportunities if you work hard both for interesting work and personal development.
Cons
As it is so big it can be difficult to get a job with responsibility or recognition of your ability, sometimes how long you have been in the job is the deciding factor for a promotion not your actual ability.
