The work, the people and the challenge! Work is generally at the innovative end of the scale rather than simple commodity stuff. The company consists of high calibre staff The challenge is always to help client push the boundaries
Cons
As a smaller consultancy, it is still working hard to move into a more pro-active company with truly differentiated propositions based on the differentiated cabilities of its people. This leads to a short-sighted approach to developing go-to-market propositions, but times and approaches are changing.
