Egregious management - System Administrator Sr BAE Systems Employee Review

I want to leave a 1* as my rating, however you need to read this and make a smart decision. The management is horrendous, my final straw was being denied taking an extended lunch for a Dr appointment. The management does not actually care about the employee issue's or concerns, they only care about if they are inconvenienced. They will recognize issues but do nothing to actually resolve them and will use appeasement strategies to make the employee think their concerns are being worked on but nothing actually is being done. Management truly expects you to be the proverbial corporate slave, you live your job and nothing else matters.
