Cons
Leadership is like a members only club and based off social capital rather than ability, experience, and drive. Leaders lead by brute force not interested in developing existing talent its a conform or else mentality, don't think just put your head down and do what you are told. Morale is extremely low and with the amount of work coming in I foresee major issues in meeting that growth with the state of affairs internally. Really just an unpleasant work environment and people continue to depart. Tenure is definitely reducing on average, outside the folks that have been here many years already and carry those key friendships amongst the ranks.
