Pros
I work at a small site, and the people at the site are great. Even when I have to deal with other people on the other side of the country, it's not too bad. The profit sharing scheme is reasonable. Not too sure if other defence related companies have something similar, but it's not too shabby, for nothing.
Cons
The way the company does business. There are too few good people in middle management, and they are pushed into positions where they have very little influence. The way the company treats people who don't see eye-to-eye is disgusting. Fiddling with people's pay increases and performance reviews is not on! Pull your finger out of your arse. It's not the way to treat people.
