1. Immature front line management up to mid-level management. 2. Mischieveness, lying, heavy politics. 3. Advertised corporate ideals and values are not reflected in the office leadership daily observed behaviors 4. Career advancement is kept at locked doors and management is reluctant in sharing details. Maybe they don't know it? Or intentionally do not want you to know? 5. Focus on daily busy work instead of implementing a balance between strategic and tactical goals which actually have value for the program. 6. Tremendous lack of effective organization and communication tools which would provide positive efficiency levels between the branches and divisions
