Cons
The culture is one of sociopathic, vindictive revenge. You can take huge hit on your bonus, its just your turn to take the hit, that's the explanation, no examples, nothing actionable, just your turn without warning. The culture is toxic and minimizes accomplishments and over emphasizes flaws. The fact that they even identify personal, non-professional, flaws is problematic. Lower and Middle management are not trained in leadership and are allowed to act in any way and are often rewarded for less than appropriate behavior, then they rise through the ranks being rewarded again for being adept sociopaths. The ethics training is simply check the box, leaders act exactly the way the "bad example" in training modules behave. There is no resolution when reporting issues, they are 'taken under advisement' and nothing changes. I cannot imagine that any person who values diversity of thought and true inclusion will be happy here, there is only room for people who are willing to compromise each and every value they hold dear to become just like everyone else.
