Pay seems comparable to other banks; excellent benefits--6% 401K match; medical is nearly free if you're single and fit; pension is nice benefit if you plan to spend your career here; opportunity for stock options if you reach a certain level; expanding footprint, so more opportunities.
Cons
Constantly changing things up to please regulators, sometimes hard to keep up with the changes; technology is dated but improving; loan origination process is cumbersome.
