Pros

$15 per hour entry level. Benefits begin immediately.

Cons

CYA culture, like I've never seen before. Uneven application of rules and regulations. Favoritism. Hostile work environments. Good Ole boys club. Bank Managers with no college education, lower salaries. Age discrimination. Support of bullying in workplace. Peers stuck in the "its not my job mode." High school click mentality amongst grown people. Ethics hotline useless. HR investigations favor leadership no matter what evidence you provide. Best to seek outside legal advice. These folks have been at it for some time now. Employees are stuck because of the nice hourly wage and benefits. Can't leave, and endure emotional and verbal abuse on a daily basis. People afraid to come forward for fear of losing their jobs or being in hostile environments. It's a terrible culture and place to work, and it's know. Just needs to be exposed at higher levels. Managers will keep you after work, with no notice, because THEY are available.
