Pros
Freedom Freedom Freedom. BB&T gives you all of the freedom you need to do your job. There is no micro management unless you A. don't know your job functions or B. aren't performing. If you perform you will get recognition, promotions, pay raises and overall satisfaction with your career.
Cons
Some of the branches are older, so you may not like the branch you get, however, you move typically every 18 to 24 months if you are good.
