Pros
Great hook to get you pumped up to be with the company with the flexibility of your schedule ans work from home. And they will go overboard with impressing you during the onboarding process.
Cons
After hiring a large cohort, we were all let go after 2 months due to a restructuring that should have been disclosed of before the hiring process. Instead of letting many of us go, they changed our status from salary to 100% commission, yet stopped assigning work. I saw this as a move to avoid having to pay unemployment. It was a classic bait and switch move.
