Flexible schedule, great work and life balance, ability to make a lot of money when on fee split, clear compensation model
Cons
Lack of investment in analysts and having to cover majority of cost to get licensed. Culture of not caring about quality of reports with emphasis solely on billing. Not investing enough in changing templates because people who have been with company for longer don't want change. Culture of stealing from others to make sure they alone make money.
