      Pros

      Amazing coworkers and direct management. The people you work with and report to really do actually care. There used to be a thriving culture, work life balance, schedule flexibility, and a commitment to employee growth.

      Cons

      They no longer care about people. Tom Polen's "BD 2025" ruined BD. Layoffs now occur every 6 months. No ones job is secure. They are not committed to employee growth and continuing education like they claim to be.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
