      Stay for a few years then work elsewhere. Big company experience is valuable.

      Layoffs are frequent, almost always in September/October. Management more interested is keeping status quo than process improvement or employee development and advancement.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
