      Pros

      Great company with a lot of opportunity and flexibility. Great people who work here, sometimes the projects require a lot of "rush work" but this is only cyclical and not the case for 80% of the year.

      Cons

      Career growth can be focused on a little more.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
