      Work is easy but repetitive

      Cons

      No career development, a lateral move is necessary to get anywhere. Constantly changing in office requirements requiring more and more in office presence.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
