      Lots of opportunity do participate in a variety of activities

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic. Difficult to get decisions made because you need to get everyone across the globe to agree before anything is decided. No one really knows who has the final decision on any level.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
