Pros
I don't have anything good to say in my experience. And now I'm trying to fill the 20 word requirement.
Cons
Very big on double standards. A male worker wants to go home early because he wants to start his vacation. A female worker needs to leave to be seen for her foot. They let the male leave to start vacation, but not the female employee that needed medical attention. They have also taken away employee incentives, horrible attendance policies.
