Pros
BD is a brand name and is recognized in the industry. You have the feeling to be part of a healthcare leader doing more than just selling products (for instance, BD contributed to eradicating the Polio virus).
Cons
Decision making is slow, too consensual in my opinion. The outcome is that decision never get made, and the company lacks entrepreneurial culture.
