Pros
Working environment in manufacturing plant generally good, 90% of colleagues are helpful and different departments willing to work together to resolve issues. Reasonable pay, benefits & bonus. Overall company performing well as a biomedical company during this challenging time.
Cons
Mundane day-to-day job and can be quite stagnant; nothing much to learn after a while (1yr). No clear career advancements opportunities, and expected to do the same tasks repetitively. In summary not recommended for young people who are looking for a more challenging & fulfilling job.
