      Pros

      Innovative place to work, fairly good pay, great coworkers.

      Cons

      Promotions hard to come by; need to invest more in R&D for products, No value placed on long term employees. Always looking reduce the bottom line and hire young unexperienced employees which set them back to square one.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
