      Pros

      Lots of smart people, ethics is a priority, a genuine atmosphere of respect between co-workers. Career development opportunities are there if you seek them out.

      Cons

      Senior management rotates frequently, making accountability difficult. A highly matrixed organization where "no" votes seem to count more than "yes" votes - this makes getting new initiatives off the ground very difficult.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
